The Rolls-Royce marque has always been extremely complicated and getting to grips with that annoying electrical defect can be somewhat frustrating to say the least. The above photograph shows a switch box from a Silver Cloud II. The car had an electrical problem when driven for more than 20 minutes with the air conditioning turned on. The car would then cut-out, but would immediately restart. The malfunction was quickly traced to a considerable amount of severe corrosion in the switch box.
